Cesare (Christian De Sica) - a 5 stars hotel manager in Milan- gets fired from the new partner Luciana (Regina Orioli), daughter of the hotel owner Massimo Colombo (Massimo Boldi). Cesare soon discovers that Luciana is looking for a caregiver for his old and lively father. Being jobless he decides to dress up like a lady and try to get the job. As sexy Lisa he casts a spell on the old man and gets hired.

Between hilarious and unexpected situations, they became friends. But Cesare is still lying to his wife and son. For how long will he be able to keep the secret?
